StudentCareerPlan is an AI-powered career planning platform that generates personalised roadmaps, course recommendations, weekly quizzes, and career news for students. All generated content is for informational and educational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information during registration

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits System

StudentCareerPlan operates on a credit-based system:

• Free accounts receive 20 credits as a one-time welcome gift
• Paid plans receive monthly credit allocations that reset on your billing date
• Credits are consumed when generating career plans (10 credits), refreshing plans (10 credits), taking weekly quizzes (5 credits), or generating career news (5 credits)
• Unused credits from a monthly cycle do not roll over to the next month
• Credits have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. By subscribing, you:

• Authorise recurring charges to your payment method
• Agree that subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Understand that plan downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card information. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about refunds.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Career plans, quizzes, and news articles are generated by AI and are intended for informational and educational purposes only. They should not be treated as professional career counselling, financial, or legal advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific situation.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content
• Circumvent or manipulate the credit system

8. Intellectual Property

The StudentCareerPlan platform, its design, branding, and underlying code are owned by StudentCareerPlan. Career plans generated using our service are owned by you. You may not reproduce or commercially distribute the platform itself without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StudentCareerPlan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the platform or other users.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
