At StudentCareerPlan, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for paid subscriptions. Please read this carefully before making a purchase.
2. Free Plan
The Free plan carries no cost and is not subject to any refund policy. You can use it without providing any payment details.
3. Paid Subscriptions
3.1 — 7-Day Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date. This applies to both monthly and annual plans on first purchase.
3.2 — Renewal Charges
Refunds are not offered on subscription renewal charges. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you no longer wish to continue. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal.
3.3 — Annual Plans
Annual plan purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase. After this window, we may offer a pro-rated refund at our discretion, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
3.4 — Credit Usage
Credits consumed prior to a refund request will be deducted from any refund amount at their equivalent value. If all credits for the billing period have been consumed, a refund may not be applicable.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience a verifiable technical issue that prevents you from using the Service (e.g., credits were deducted but a plan was not generated), please contact us. We will investigate and, where appropriate, restore your credits or issue a refund without requiring a formal refund request.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us with the following details:
- The email address associated with your account
- The date of purchase
- A brief reason for your refund request

We aim to respond within 72 hours. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Credits that have already been used
- Subscription renewals not cancelled before the billing date
- Purchases made more than 7 days prior
